Plus, our pediatrician said there is no real proof they work. So when my daughter caught a cold, we gave this a try. It's great. It's pretty strong. We leave our daughters door open and you can smell it through the hall. It seems to give her relief from her congestion too. We will be using this throughout cold season. The only downside it the blue nightlight. It's a little on the bright side.
